ALTERNATE astounds its customers again and again with its short delivery times. This is due to our sophisti-cated storage and dispatch logistics.
ALTERNATE uses the most modern software and conveyor systems for warehouse management, commissioning and dispatch. The two central warehouses in Germany with a total storage area of about 14.000 square metres dispatch up to 7.500 parcels per day.
In order to keep up with the successful company development, the logistical capacities are constantly expanded and modernised. While many other suppliers try to save costs by outsourcing storage logistics, ALTERNATE consciously pursues a consistent inhouse strategy. Not being dependant on external parties offers unbeatable advantages for customers: a widespread array of products of which we can deliver the majority directly from stock, reliable information about stock and delivery times and a fast dispatch are guaranteed.
In doing so, ALTERNATE ensures that all products are packed safely and with recyclable material. To make sure that the delivery arrives safely at the customer, ALTERNATE cooperates exclusively with reknown and reliable delivery services.
