ALTERNATE has been involved in charity for many years. The foundation was created by the management and employees after witnessing the disastrous tsunami in Southeast Asia at the end of 2004. The private charitable foundation "Alternaid" originated from a spontaneously formed project in which ALTERNATE employees now participate.
